Shipping policy

Urban Mirage Counter only delivers to United States with USPS.

For all orders less than $75, the delivery costs are $15(2)
(except in-store pickup when it is possible).

We will contact you if the amount of delivery costs vary, to obtain your agreement. 

If you do not respond within 24 hours of our message, your order will be canceled.

 

You have USPS for shipping.
The option is chargeable, and we cannot guarantee the delivery time of 24 to 72 hours.

 

Exceptions Delivery zones

Free delivery offers only apply to NY, United States, with the exceptions below: Some remote areas cannot be served by air delivery. In these cases, free shipping is not available and additional shipping charges may apply. If additional delivery charges are required for your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If no response is provided within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled.

 

Delivery times
Orders are on average prepared and shipped within 24 hours (working days) following receipt of the order.

Delivery is on average between 24 and 72 hours working days (3). There is no delivery on weekends.

A tracking number is provided to you to help you know where your order has been delivered.

Delays may be added depending, for example, on weather conditions, waiting for a supplier order or busy periods (e.g. snowstorm, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, end-of-year holidays, etc.)

 

Order Pickup

Orders can be picked up between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), at the following address:  181 Mercer St New York, NY  10012 United States. They will usually be ready 24 hours after you place your order. 

Please wait to receive pickup confirmation by email before showing up. Go directly to the address indicated above, mention your name and order number (indicate that you ordered online), and we will deliver your order to you!

(1) Free shipping up to $15. If our carrier's fees exceed this amount, you will be responsible for the delivery costs and we will contact you to find the best solution.
